Yes. The entry fee is $2 per person or $1 per person for concession, pension, senior, or student card holders. Children aged 12 and under enter for free.
The main entrance is located at the northern end of the market behind the Market City Tavern. Extra parking is available at our back entry off Baile Rd, through the boom gates, just past the Cash & Carry.
All patrons are kindly reminded that this is a smoke free market. Patrons with bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or similar ride-on devices are asked to please dismount while inside the markets.
All new stall holders are welcome to apply using our online form on our website. Please note there are separate forms for food vendors, non-food vendors, and car boot sellers.
Your application will be reviewed by our team. We will contact you regarding the outcome of your application as well as to confirm a start date, location and payment for your stall.
Most applications are reviewed within one week of submission. We will contact you if we have any questions about your application or if we require any further documentation from you. Please note that, although we endeavour to respond to all applications prior to each Sunday market, it may not always be possible to respond to submissions made on a Friday or Saturday before your preferred start date.
Absolutely! We welcome a diverse range of vendors bringing unique flavours to our market. All food vendors are required to hold a food permit with the City of Canning. Food permits are valid for each financial year. Applications can be made via the City of Canning Website.
Yes. Public Liability Insurance (PLI) helps cover your costs if you become liable to pay compensation to a third party for damage to their property or injury to them (e.g. if someone injures themselves tripping over in your stall). Stall holders without their own PLI are required to buy into Perth Markets Group Limited’s PLI at a cost of $5 per trading day (excludes food vendors). If you are a regular stall holder, it is usually cheaper to perchance your own PLI policy.
Stall costs vary depending on your location in the market and whether you need to be covered by our Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

Yes, absolutely! We love to support stall holders who are giving their products a second life. All stall holders are responsible for their products meeting Australian Product Safety Standards.
We are delighted to welcome back stall holders who have traded with us in the past. Existing stallholders can make a booking request via our Existing Stall Holder Booking Request form.
Stall holders can apply for permanency via email or in person at the Canning Vale Sunday Community Markets Ticket Office. We will help find you suitable bays and discuss the terms and conditions of permanency with you. All permanent stall holders are required to pay for their bays one week in advance and are allocated 4 weeks of holiday leave per calendar year. We recommend that stall holders try the market prior to applying for permanency to ensure goodness of fit.
Yes, absolutely! Casual stall holders are welcome to organise bays in advance in person or via email. Casual stall holders are also welcome to select an available bay and pay in person on at the Canning Vale Markets Ticket Office between 6:00am and 6:45am on the day they intend to trade.
We offer a reduced rate for car boot sellers who are selling second hand items (i.e. similar to a garage sale) but are unable to sell any new product lines or food items. Car boot sellers can choose from available bays on the day of trading but unfortunately are unable to book in advance. Bookings and payments can be made at the Canning Vale Markets Ticket Office between 6:00am and 6:45am on the day of trade.
Yes. You are welcome to share a stall with a friend. If you are using your own Public Liability Insurance policy, please ensure that it covers all products that you intend to sell on the day.
Buskers are invited to complete our busker registration form in the Become a Busker tab under New Stall Holder on our website. The Weekend Market Manager will then be in touch to discuss booking availability.
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow animals into the market. Our site is a produce distribution centre during the week and operates under strict hygiene regulations. Service animals with documentation/identification are welcome. You are welcome to pick up treats for your furry friends from our stall holders.
Yes. Although most of our stall holders accept EPFTOS or PayID, some operate with cash only. Our ATM is located at the toilet block at the south end of the market. An additional ATM is located at Coles Express in the external carpark.
First aid personnel are present at every market. Please either make your way to the first aid station located near the kiosk or make yourself known to our friendly staff.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for stall booking for change of mind or inclement weather. Stall holders will be given a full refund if the cancellation is initiated by Perth Markets Group Limited. We understand that emergencies and unprecedented events can impact your ability to attend the market – please reach out to us so that we can best support you in such cases.
We welcome both fundraising and religious groups. Please send us an email to tell us about your group and to organise a booking. All group are required to stay within their allocated bays for the duration of the market. Any food sales will require a food permit from the City of Canning.
