Contractors on the Site

From 1 January 2021, every contractor used by a Tenant on the Perth Markets Site must be registered on the PMGL Contractor Management System, Rapid Global and will be required to sign in and out of Site.

Contractor registration

A tenant wishing to register or check to see if the contractor they intend on using is registered can email the contractor details to PMGL and we will check their status on the contractor management system. If needed, PMGL will contact the contractor with the process for registration.

Contractors must complete the details and upload relevant insurances/licences etc into the contractor management system. A link to this system is sent by PMGL to the nominated person at the company wishing to register for access to carry out works on site. Once the company is approved they will be able to send the site induction to their staff. Any contractor attending site will need to have carried out the induction to gain access to site.

Contractor access to Site

All contractors must sign in and out at the PMGL Reception between 7:00am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, or at the Gatehouse outside of these hours.

Signing in to Site can be done by either scanning the QR code using the Rapid Global App, or on the computer provided at Reception.

Access cards and keys will be provided where required. These must be returned at the end of the job or day if working with multiple Tenants on a given day. Failure to do so may incur a cost to the contractors as a ‘lost card or key’.

Signing out of the Site can be done via the App, at Reception or the Gatehouse after hours.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the Facilities Team who will be able to assist you on facilities@perthmarket.com.au or 9456 9200.
