Perth Market Forklift Registration
Any forklifts operating at the Perth Markets site must be registered with Perth Markets Group Limited and issued with forklift identification plates.
All forklifts must be operated in accordance with the Forklift Operating Guide, Traffic Management and Parking Guide, Traffic Management Plan and Perth Markets Site Rules and Guides. All forklifts operating in the Perth Markets common areas must also be registered with Perth Markets and display proof of roof ID and side ID showing registration numbers.
To register your forklift, please complete the below form and pay the $100 registration fee. If you have sold or disposed of a forklift that has been previously registered, please notify Perth Markets Group Limited.
