Access To Site
Perth Market is no longer issuing Access Cards and entry to site is now gained using Bluetooth technology (Mobile Credentials) via your Smart Phone.
All regular users of the Perth Markets site are required to carry a Mobile Credential as proof of Authorisation to be on Site. The credential is used for personal identification, site access, vehicle entry and parking (if required). Credentials must be used at all vehicle and pedestrian access points when entering and leaving the Site.
Before you apply for access to Site, you must familiarise yourself with the Site Rules and Guides and read the Safety section of this website.
To obtain your Site Access, applicants must undertake a Site Safety Induction (and Forklift Induction for forklift drivers) and complete the Site Access Application Form. (if completed manually, please email your completed form to: reception@perthmarket.com.au or bring to PMGL Reception between 6am and 4pm weekdays). All applicants will be required to provide photo identification (ie driver license or passport) and have a photo taken for your credentials which can be done on line or at our office. New application fees are $30 each, required at time of application, and your credentials will be sent directly to your mobile device. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the application process. If parking on site is required, this can be requested at the same time and one of our staff will contact you directly.
Access remains valid for 12 months. Prior to your access expiry, you will be sent a renewal invoice with a BPAY reference to the Invoice Email Address you provide on your access application form. We also accept credit card payments by phone, or in person. Site Safety (and Forklift Inductions if applicable) must be completed annually as a condition of the card renewal process.
To renew your current access, please complete a Renewal Application
After Hours access
As a courtesy to our tenants, PMGL maintains an after-hours key authorisation list. This list contains the names of individuals who are authorised to be issued a key to the premises outside normal trading hours (as provided by the Gatehouse attendant on duty). This list can only be modified by the Principal of the specific tenancy or other authorised key issuers specified by the tenancy Principal.
If you are an authorised key issuer and would like to amend or update your after-hours authorisation list, please contact us.
