All regular visitors to the Perth Markets site are required to carry an Access Card. The card is used for personal identification, site access and vehicle entry and parking (if required). Access Cards must be used at all vehicle and pedestrian access points when entering and leaving the Site.
To obtain an Access Card, applicants must undertake an Induction and complete the Access Card Application Form and return these to PMG Reception 7:00am – 5pm weekdays. All applicants will be required to provide suitable photo identification (ie driver license or passport) and have a photo taken at time of application. A $45 payment per card is required at time of application, and the card will be ready to take immediately. Please allow 10-15 minutes for the application process. If parking on site is required, this can be completed at the same time.
An Access Card is valid for 12 months. Access Card renewals can be done by completing the application form and attending the PMG Reception during business hours. A renewal fee will apply.
After hours access
As a courtesy to our tenants, PMG maintains an after-hours key authorisation list. This list contains the names of individuals who are authorised to be issued a key to the premises outside normal trading hours (as provided by the Gatehouse attendant on duty). This list can only be modified by the Principal of the specific tenancy or other authorised key issuers specified by the tenancy Principal.
