Become a night market stallholder
The Canning Vale Night Market series is home to the flavours of the world with Perth’s best street food, a huge range of homewares, crafts, bric-a-brac, plants, baked goods, kids’ activities, live music, and so much more.

If you’d like to join us as a stallholder for any of our upcoming Night Markets, (for non food and food vendors) please complete our online application form below.
New Stall Holder
- Bays are approximately 3.5m x 6.5m.
- Pricing:

- $55 – General stall (i.e. candles, jewellery, clothing, collectables, etc).
- $88.00 – Coffee vendors, cookies, brownies, distilleries, condiments, hampers/giftpacks, etc.
- Powered sites are limited, so please advise when booking.

- You must have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $10 million, or General Stalls are welcome to buy into ours for an additional $5.00 with some exclusions (please ask for more details).
- Once your application has been submitted, we will complete the appropriate checks, and you will receive confirmations once your request has been approved.
- Ensure you state the market you would like to attend, your documentation is complete, and you have read and understood the Stallholder Conditions.
- We don’t usually give refunds for “change of mind” but with the required notice, we will be happy to move your payment to another future Night Market. Please notify us in writing at Ticketoffice@perthmarket.com.au.

- $88.00 – 3x3m stall selling items such as cupcakes, NY Cookies, distillery, coffee, etc.
- $130.00 – 3x3m marquee stall selling items such as chocolate drizzled strawberries, beverages, etc.
- $130.00 – Dessert trucks, juice, waffles, crepes, fairy floss, donuts, etc.
- $150.00 – A smaller food set up/under marquee/small truck offering food and beverage options.
- $195.00 – Large food/beverage truck.
- Note: Powered sites are limited, so it is important you advise when booking if one is needed. The use of generators is approved for this market with stallholders encouraged to bring them.
- You must have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $10 million.
- The City of Canning requires all food vendors to create a My Canning account by clicking Using your My Canning account, you can then apply for an annual Food Permit (expires 31 July) to trade at both our Saturday Night and Sunday Market (subject to availability) and to renew your permit.
- Once your application has been submitted, we will complete the appropriate checks (including that you have provided us with your City of Canning food permit), and you will receive confirmation once your application has been approved. Should you be waiting for your food permit to be approved, please email us at Ticketoffice@perthmarket.com.au to let us know.

- Buskers are welcome to play anytime during market open hours (7am – 1pm) but must play for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Power is supplied to our designated “Market Music” space within out Activation Zone.
- Should you arrive prior to 6.45am, you are welcome to drive up and drop your gear off and then park your vehicle. Approval after this time require your equipment to be trolleyed up. You are welcome to bring your vehicle back up after 1.15pm after market closure to pack down.

Stallholders are required to remove all waste generated by their stall. The public rubbish bins provided are not to be used for disposal of stall-related waste, including food truck refuse, packaging materials, or damaged items. All such waste must be taken off the premises by the stallholder.
At the conclusion of trading hours, stallholders must ensure their designated area is thoroughly cleaned. This includes the removal of all items such as rubbish, cooking oil, food scraps, boxes, packaging, broken items, coat hangers, shelving, baskets, and any other accessories. Additionally, any oil spills must either be cleaned by the stallholder or reported to the duty manager who will arrange cleaning for a fee.
Existing Stall Holder
- Buskers are welcome to apply to join us for our Saturday Night Markets.
- Buskers must be available to play from 5pm – 9pm (with required breaks).
- Power is supplied in our designated “Market Music” space within our Activation Zone. However, buskers are also encouraged to bring their own battery due to any unexpected site/setup changes.

The City of Canning requires all food vendors to create a My Canning account by clicking Using your My Canning account, you can then apply for an annual Food Permit to trade at our Sunday Market and renew your permit.
