Expressions of Interests (EOI) for the 2026 Winter Night Markets are now open

About the Winter Night Market

The Canning Vale Winter Night Markets is home to the flavours of the world with Perth’s best street food, a huge range of homewares, crafts, plants, baked goods, kids’ activities, live music, and so much more.

Open on Saturday nights throughout the month of August, the Winter Night Markets are a vibrant community, open to thousands of shoppers.

New Stall Holder

  • Bays are approximately 3m x 6m.
  • Pricing:
      • $125 – Artisan/general stall.
  • Once your application has been submitted, we will complete the appropriate checks, and you will receive confirmations once your request has been approved.
  • Ensure you select “Winter Night Market” in your application, your documentation is complete, and you have read and understood the Stallholder Conditions.

  • Bays are approximately 3m x 6m.
    • Pricing:
      • $400 – Food trucks.
      • $320 – Food marquees.
      • $200 – Gourmet food/coffee.
      • $300 – Dessert trucks.
      • Note: Powered sites are limited, so it is important you advise when booking if one is needed. The use of generators is approved for this market with stallholders encouraged to bring them.
    • You must have public liability insurance to the minimum value of $10 million.
    • The City of Canning requires all food vendors to create a My Canning account by clicking Using your My Canning account, you can then apply for an annual Food Permit (expires 31 July) to trade at both our Saturday Night and Sunday Market (subject to availability) and to renew your permit.
  • Please click here to complete your Temporary Food Permit Application with the City of Canning.Once your application has been submitted, we will complete the appropriate checks (including that you have provided us with your City of Canning food permit), and you will receive confirmation once your application has been approved.

  • Buskers are welcome to play anytime during market open hours (7am – 1pm) but must play for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Power is supplied to our designated “Market Music” space within our Activation Zone.
  • Should you arrive prior to 6.45am, you are welcome to drive up and drop your gear off and then park your vehicle. Approval after this time require your equipment to be trolleyed up. You are welcome to bring your vehicle back up after 1.15pm after market closure to pack down.

Stallholders are required to remove all waste generated by their stall. The public rubbish bins provided are not to be used for disposal of stall-related waste, including food truck refuse, packaging materials, or damaged items. All such waste must be taken off the premises by the stallholder.

At the conclusion of trading hours, stallholders must ensure their designated area is thoroughly cleaned. This includes the removal of all items such as rubbish, cooking oil, food scraps, boxes, packaging, broken items, coat hangers, shelving, baskets, and any other accessories. Additionally, any oil spills must either be cleaned by the stallholder or reported to the duty manager who will arrange cleaning for a fee.
