Site Access
Perth Markets is no longer issuing Access Cards, with site access now gained by using mobile credentials on an app called Gallagher Mobile Connect, on your smart phone.
All regular site users are required to carry their Mobile Credentials as proof of authorisation to be on site. These credentials are used for personal identification, site access, vehicle entry and parking (if required). Credentials must be used at all vehicle and pedestrian access points when entering and leaving the Site.
Before you apply for access to site, you must familiarise yourself with the Site Rules and Guides and read the Safety section of this website.
How to Gain Site Access?
To obtain your site access, applicants must complete the Site Access Application Form, which includes a Site Safety Induction video. Forklift drivers must also complete a Forklift Induction. Please return the completed form to reception@perthmarket.com.au or in-person at Perth Markets Reception between 6am – 4pm, Monday – Friday.
All applicants will be required to provide photo identification and have a photo taken for your credentials, which can be done online or at our office. New application fees are applicable:
- New application fee for tenants is $30, and
- New application fee for non-tenants is $35.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the application process and for your credentials to be sent directly to your smart phone. If parking on site is required, this can be requested at the same time and one of our staff will contact you directly.
Site Access Renewals
Access to site remains valid for 12 months. Prior to your access expiry, you will be sent a renewal invoice with a BPAY reference to the invoice email address provided on your Access Application Form. We also accept credit card payments by phone, or in person.
Site Safety (and Forklift Inductions if applicable) must be completed annually as a condition of the card renewal process.
To renew your current access, please complete a Renewal Application.
After Hours Access
As a courtesy to our tenants, Perth Markets maintains an after-hours key authorisation list. This list contains the names of individuals who are authorised to be issued a key to the premises outside of normal trading hours (as provided by the Gatehouse attendant on duty).
This list can only be modified by the Principal of the specific tenancy, or other authorised key issuers specified by the tenancy Principal.
If you are an authorised key issuer and would like to amend or update your after-hours authorisation list, please contact us.
