As the owner of @wholefoodcircus, the beloved café, gourmet deli, restaurant, and bar in Shenton Park, Rachael has spent her career championing fresh, local ingredients. Her dedication to quality produce and strong relationships with our WA wholesalers have been at the heart of her business for years, and much of that produce comes straight from Perth Markets.

Now, Rachael is excited to share her knowledge, experience, and love for local produce with you!

“There are so many reasons we are motivated to be a part of Perth Markets. Seasonality is our main motivation, as well as knowing what to cook right now and where our produce is grown,” Rachael said.

“Keeping our stock fresh is another reason we jump out of bed to get into the Market early in the morning. We know the stock is fresh, who grew it and when it was picked or harvested! Also, by sourcing our produce at Perth Markets, our business’ cost savings are huge! In a time where we are working as hard as ever, the savings are always welcome.

“I really love supporting local operators – other families trying to passionately deliver their very best. I think that’s what makes our world go around – if we support each other and keep these local growers growing.”
