Owner and Pharmacist, John Nguyen, says when visiting Market City Pharmacy, you experience much more than you do in other pharmacies.
“We really strive to give our pharmacy a more contemporary vibe. We want it to be much less clinical and more welcoming. We have a really strong service-oriented ethos, with health outcomes being our number one goal. We want to see our patients’ health improve,” said John.
“The problem today is, with so much conflicting advice online, clients often approach us confused about what would be the best pathway to improve their health. We like working with our clients to cut through the confusion and develop really clear pathways to better health.
“Whether it be to fill their regular prescriptions or the right remedy to get rid of a cold before the weekend, we’re all about helping our customers have less down time – so they can get on with what you want to do!”
The pharmacy offers an array of services including usual prescriptions, health advice, sleep studies and naturopathy. They also have an array of giftware and beauty products available.
The pharmacy was established in 2016 and the owners chose the Market City location for its access to a variety of customers; including customers of retail centre, local residents and the many workers that visit Market City to grab a bite to eat during their breaks.
