The quality butcher shop is a long-term Market City resident. The business was a tenant of Perth Markets when it was situated in West Perth and relocated with the Markets to the Canning Vale consumer shopping centre when it opened in 1989.
Tim Hewitt and Steve Cook have owned and operated Market City Meats for almost two decades and both are highly experienced butchers.
“I’ve been in the meat game since I was 15. I was bought on as an apprentice by the previous owner of Market City Meats as his apprentice in 1996,” said Tim.
