6.00am – 8.00am: Media Interviews
Catch industry interviews direct from Perth Markets! Hosts of a local radio show will be set up at the Mercer Mooney trading floor, discussing all things fresh foods and stone fruits, whilst interviewing key market wholesalers and visitors.
6.00am – 8.00am: Pop-Up Stalls
While you’re exploring everything our wholesalers have to offer in the Central Trading Area, be sure to visit the vibrant hub at the centre of the market. Stop by the information and food stalls featuring A Better Choice and Foodbank WA – all sharing valuable insights and giveaways. And don’t miss Jumpin’ Beans, who’ll be treating all our registered visitors to free food and drinks!
6.30am – 7.30am: Chef’s Tour
Join Perth Markets Food Services Ambassador, Rachael Torre of Wholefood Circus Subiaco, as she guides you through the Central Trading Area. During this tour you will meet key wholesalers and explore the vibrant fresh produce on offer at the markets.
8.00am: Best Display Competition
Throughout the morning, each of the Perth Markets Central Trading Area wholesalers will be judged on their fresh produce display. At approximately 8am, Perth Markets Food Services Ambassador, Rachael Torre of Wholefood Circus will announce the winner for the best display.
