The Canning Vale Weekend Markets is launching their new market series, the Twilight Markets. Kicking off on Saturday December 13, the Twilight Markets will run every second Saturday of the month from 5pm – 9pm at the iconic Canning Vale Markets site.
Building on the success of their much-loved market family—the Saturday Clearance Market, the Sunday Community Market, and the Winter Night Markets—this new series is all about bringing the community together for warm nights, good food, and local finds.
Designed to support local businesses, the Twilight Markets will be an evening experience for all families, food lovers and community members. Following the success of their current markets, the Twilight Markets are anticipated to attract 5,000 visitors each night.
Market-goers can wander through over 100 stallholders, discover authentic food vendors, and enjoy everything from Perth’s favourite street eats to unique artisan crafts. Each event will feature live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and a rotating lineup of stalls, meaning every visit brings something new.
Community Markets and Events Manager, Dembo Konteh, says the excitement is already building:
“We’re so excited to bring another evening market experience to south of the river,” he said.
“Our other markets are incredibly popular, and after the success of our Winter Night Markets in August, the community has been asking for more.
“With each month featuring different stalls, activities and entertainment, you’re going to want to visit every time!”
Hosted at the Perth Markets wholesale produce site, there is plenty of free parking located at Market City, 280 Bannister Road, Canning Vale, WA 6155.
The Canning Vale Weekend Markets also hosts the year-round Saturday Clearance Market, offering wholesale produce, meat and seafood from 6am to 10am; and the Sunday Community Market, offering a huge range of street food, homewares, bric-a-brac, activities and more from 7am to 1pm.
