Andrea is the Managing Director of Consilium Corporate Pty Ltd, a specialist corporate advisory firm, and was appointed to the PMGL Board in November 2025. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, statutory accounting, financial management, and audit and risk, supported by a career spanning senior positions in banking, corporate services, and ASX-listed organisations.
Andrea is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
