West Coast Meats (WCM) is a family-owned and operated meat processing business run by Ross Waddell and his daughters.
With more than 50 years’ experience in the livestock industry, Ross is deeply involved in the day-to-day running of WCM, personally sourcing livestock from Western Australian farmers, wholesalers and markets.
The team at West Coast Meats are proud to be Halal certified and HACCP accredited. The business offers a range of high-quality products including beef, lamb, mutton and goat with the team’s highly skilled boners, slicers and butchers on site processing the meat into everything from mince and sausages to steaks, chops and bone rolled legs – to name a few.
Operating from Perth Markets since the 1990’s, WCM is a long-term tenant and is a popular stop for patrons of the Perth Markets Saturday Clearance Market. From 6am until 10am every Saturday, Ross’s team offers discount meat products to the community and wholesale prices.
Every week, WCM has more than four tonnes of meat for sale at wholesale prices. Thanks to the outstanding quality, they sell out quite fast, so you need to get in there quickly if you don’t want to miss out miss out.
